14 <br />watercourse and the effects to Rroperties located both upstream and <br />downstream• and a map drawn to scale showing the location of the <br />proposed watercourse alteration or relocation shall all be submitted by <br />the permit applicant prior to issuance of a floodplain development <br />permit. <br />e. Certification Exemptions The following structures, if located within <br />Zone AE are exempt from the elevation/flood proofing certification <br />requirements specified in items a. and b. above: <br />i. Recreational vehicles meeting requirements of Section 6.32.2(5); <br />ii. Temporary structures meeting requirements of Section 6.32.2(7); <br />and <br />iii. Accessory Structures with any dimension that is twelve (12) feet <br />or greater in height width or depth, meeting requirements of <br />Section 6.32.2(8). <br />PART XV. That Article 20 Amendments Section 20.3.2 Contents of Application be amended by <br />creating a new subsection (g), and re-numbering the existing regulation, reading as <br />follows: <br />f) A traffic impact study as required by Article 13. <br />g) For amendments to the Special Flood Hazard Area Overlay District, the following <br />information shall be submitted pertaining to a Letter of Map Amendment (an elevation <br />certificate with either an MT-1 MT-2 or MT-EZ -forms available throu FEMA) or <br />a "No-Impact" analysis for a Letter of Map Revision. <br />h) All other circumstances, factors and reasons which the applicant offers in support of <br />the proposed Zoning Atlas and/or Zoning Ordinance text amendment. <br />PART XVI. That Article 21 Administration be amended by creating a new Section 21.9 entitled <br />Additional Administrative Provisions for the Special Flood Hazard Area Overlay District <br />reading as follows: <br />Section 21.9 Additional Administrative Provisions for the Special Flood Hazard Area <br />Overlay District. <br />Section 21.9.1 Administration: <br />The Zonine Officer, or his/her designee, shall hereinafter be referred to <br />as the "Floodplain Administrator", is shall hereby be appointed to <br />administer and implement the provisions of this Ordinance relating to <br />the development and enforcement of various provisions associated <br />with: <br />i) Special Flood Hazard Area Overlay District, and <br />
