._~ <br />03-31-09;02:18PM; <br />,.~•- <br />;919-929-3353 ~~• <br />~.:. ~- • <br />Thus at HUD's request, in order to fulfill the requirements of the HUD grant, that the <br />proceeds be used to provide transitional housing services• to vicfims of domestic <br />violence and their families, the IFC has taken on the Coalition's obligations, and has <br />begun the use of the third building for these purposes.
