4 <br />2. Authorize staff to transfer those items that require archival storage to the North Carolina <br />State Archives in accordance with the procedure outlined in the Executive Report, <br />3. Approve recommendation by staff to relocate a"'core collection" (the remaining materials <br />and bulk of the Collection) to the new library facility on West Margaret Lane, <br />4. Approve using the Rebecca Wall bequest in support of the "core collection" as described <br />in the agenda abstract, <br />5. Initiate the process of formally naming the meeting room in the new library facility for <br />Rebecca Wall in accordance to the Orange County Property Naming Policy adopted on <br />March 3, 2009, <br />6. Agree to explore the proposed Heritage Center concept at a future date, and <br />7. Agree to use the work session on August 20 to deal primarily with Library services. <br />
