The State <br />Archives suggested this accepted practice that provides other collections an opportunity to complete <br />their holdings and replace damaged items. They further suggested that we provide these materials to <br />other library historical collections for public access. <br />5) Contact the Orange County Historical Museum and SocietX. The State Archives suggested that <br />providing these groups with any Orange County specific newspaper clippings, map reproductions and <br />other materials would allow for the materials to remain in Orange County. These materials may be <br />able to add to their current collections for historical data. <br />
