But with an on-line job <br />description version, it gives more flexibility. <br />Commissioner Jacobs said there was way too much detail in the last brochure and too <br />much focus on certain strengths. <br />Mr. Robertson said to be perfectly truthful, his office had not even considered doing a <br />printed brochure because they rely on on-line advertising services outside of printed ads. <br />The Board discussed this briefly and it was decided that the Mercer group would not do a <br />printed brochure for advertising this position. <br />Phillip Robertson left at 7:43 pm. <br />A comment was made that the Board will need to schedule time to discuss the interim <br />manager process and it was suggested that the Board could consider this issue at ttheir <br />April 14th work session. <br />The Board agreed. <br />3.
