<br />2 Mr. Robertson said that the interview process would involve an interview guide and be <br />3 distributed to the Board and then at that time he and the Board could discuss interview <br />4 protocols. <br />5 <br />6 Commissioner Jacobs said last time they did a manager search, when it came to the <br />7 candidate screening, Mercer sent candidate resumes to the Board. <br />8 <br />9 Mr. Robertson said if a candidate is on the border for qualifications, he will send the <br />10 candidate the issues facing the position in order to see how they do there.
