Planning and <br />the Clerk's office staff will coordinate the effort to form the CCC. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends the Board: <br />1. Approve the creation of a Complete Count Committee; <br />2. Authorize Chair signature and transmittal of invitations to local organizations; and <br />3. Approve the 2010 Census Partner Resolution (Attachment 3) and authorize the Chair to <br />sign. <br />
