ELIBILITY <br />Applicant <br />North Carolina's coordinated approach to service delivery currently allows only a single applicant (sub- <br />recipient) for CTP funding within a county or group of counties. Applicants must maintain a minimum <br />level of coordinated transportation services to be eligible to receive public transportation assistance <br />through the CTP program. There <br />may be overlapping of members from the Executive or Governing Board, but there must be a separate <br />Transportation Advisory Board <br />
