Carolina Community College <br />April 1, 2008 <br />This memorandum of agreement is between Froedom House Recovery Center (FHRC) and <br />Central Carolina Community College, Chatham County (CCCC). The purpose of this <br />memorandum is to outline the procedure used for education obtained by the clients <br />attending Freedom Houso Recovery Center Resource Center and Chatham Counseling <br />Center (CCC). <br />Patties agrae as follows: <br />1. To comrnunic~te with the FHRC Resource Center Coordinator as needed for <br />evaluating and improving client services, <br />2. To provide placement testing tD Sad out the oducabional level of clicrn <br />3. To provide information to the client a,bout COED aced High School Dip}oma classes, <br />seabed and online. <br />4: ~ To provide information to tiu client about English as a Second Language classes for <br />foreign born adults. <br />5. To provide infarrnadon to the client about Compensatory Education classes far mentally <br />handicapped, studexrts or victitms of brain injury. <br />FHRC's Coordinator aiui/ar CSS Worker agree: <br />1. To obtain all required release of infom~ation foams needed to facilitate the exchange <br />of infaorrraardan between agencies. <br />2. To provide any pertinent information about the client to insure appropriate <br />services. <br />3.
