Encroachment Agreement for Fiber Communications Construction Associated with <br /> Animal Services Facility <br /> The Board approved a Two Party Right of Way Encroachment Agreement between the North <br /> Carolina Department of Transportation and Orange County that allows the installation of the fiber <br /> telecommunications facilities to the Orange County Animal Services Facilities on Eubanks Road <br /> and authorized the Chair to sign. <br /> n. Zoning Ordinance Amendment: Sections 6.20 and 6.20.1 to Address Approval <br /> Requirements for County Projects Using Large Ground Absorption Systems <br /> The Board closed the public hearing, approved the amendment to Article Six (6) Application of <br /> Dimensional Requirements, specifically Section 6.20 and 6.20.1 Large Ground Absorption <br /> System (3,000 gallons per day) and Package Treatment Plants Prohibited in AR Districts and <br /> Rural Buffer Districts of the Orange county Zoning Ordinance; and directed the Planning Board <br /> to add to its work plan for the coming year (to be reviewed by the BOCC) the aforementioned <br /> development of a comprehensive set of rules and procedures for County projects using Large <br /> Ground Absorption Systems. <br /> o.
