The important <br /> thing is to have a plan. <br /> Commissioner Gordon said that the information is too general and she would like more <br /> detailed information. <br /> Chair Jacobs suggested trying to make this as clear and simple as possible, not only for <br /> the Board, but for the public. <br /> Chair Jacobs asked about the retrofitting of energy efficient fixtures. Laura Blackmon <br /> said that staff was looking at a two-year plan for this. <br /> Commissioner Foushee said that it would be helpful to know, in talking about putting <br /> monies back into the Capital Improvement Plan, that there is a line item established for recurring <br /> capital. <br /> Laura Blackmon thanked staff for working so hard on this plan. <br /> e.
