The logie'and the clear intent of the Agreement is <br />that such a further amendment would, in effect, call for <br />treating all of the Greene-Tract the same, triggering the <br />"Reimbursement amount" provision of the Agrepment in the same <br />-manner as with the 104 acie;parce 1.
