All stream determinations were made in
accordance with the NC Division of Water Quality "Identification Methods for the Origins of
Intermittent and Perennial Streams Version 3.1". This report represents my'professional opinion
as a Licensed Sail Scientist. but does not represent concurrence by the US Army Corps of
Engineers or the NC Division of Water Quality.
Wetland Ynvestigation
Within the approximately 25 acre. area designated for construction of the transfer station,
we identified two streams and three wetland areas (see attached map). Areas that met the criteria
o~jurisdictional wetlands were delineated by hanging consecutively numbered (tagging along the
wetland Boundary to be survey located. It appears that the two streams have been previously
identified iz~ the• field with blue flagging, While at the site we collected supporting wetland
determination data required by the US Army Carps of Engineers .in order to conduct a
Jurisdictional Determination. We completed two sets of wetland determination• forms and three
stream deternuna#ion forms and took photographs.
Soil Science Investigations + Wetland Delineations, Permitting, and Consulting
