Please find <br />enclosed the Driveway Permit Application and the check in the amount of $50.00, Check # 1012. <br />NCDOT Policy on Street and Driveway Access to North Carolina ~ghways Page 14, section <br />A, General, paragraph 1 states that "All applications for PERMITS shall be accompanied by <br />complete and detailed site plans. Prior to issuance of this Driveway Permit please provide <br />detailed site plans indicating the land use and the internal layout of the proposed site.
