It appears a portion ofthe situ may drain to Cane Cr~eelc. There are t'ea,~rds for the <br />state threatened creeper (Straphirus uncfulafus) and the state special concern notched rainbow [Tr~llvse <br />constrJcta} in Cane CC~k. Itt addition, the Significant Natural Heritage ,P-.rea-Lower Cane Creek Slopes <br />and Bottom - is located on Cane Creek downstream of the proposed site. <br />The applicant indicates the site is forested and five features wvore identified ~ subject to the <br />County zoning stream buffer ordinance which requites a 65 tit 84 foot undisturbed buffer along bosh sides <br />of a watEr featttre.
