4 <br />1 Jay Bryan said that there needs to be consideration of another approach regarding the <br />2 Comprehensive Plan. He would hate to see minimal changes coming in piece meal without <br />3 notifying the people (i.e., boards and organizations) that have been involved in it. He suggested <br />4 thinking of a way for a certain volume of amendments to be grouped together and that the <br />5 notification process goes out to all of the boards and groups involved. <br />6 Judith Wegner made reference to page 10 and the purposes for possible amendments <br />7 and said that there would probably be other reasons for amendments.
