~-i <br />This instrument sets forth the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the <br />• <br />Conservation Easement and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and understandings <br />or agreements relating to the said easement. <br />21. Recording Clause <br />Grantees shall cause this Conservation Easement any and subsequent amendments hereto <br />to be timely recorded, at Grantees' expense, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Orange <br />County, North Carolina, and may re-record this Conservation Easement or any amendment <br />hereto at any time as may be required to preserve their rights under this Conservation Easement. <br />When and as used in this Conservation Easement, the term "Effective Date" shall mean the date <br />on which this Conservation Easement is recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Orange County, North Carolina. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD this Deed of Conservation Easement unto Grantees and their <br />respective successors and assigns, forever. <br />• <br />Page 19 of 22 <br />
