• 3a <br />center operation policies; provided, however, that the sole means of vehicular ingress, egress and <br />• <br />regress to such center shall be from Mincey Road. The construction or use of any road, driveway <br />or other means of vehicular access to the center from Schley Road shall be not permitted. <br />7. Water Rights <br />Grantors shall not transfer, encumber, lease, sell or otherwise separate appurtenant water <br />rights from title to the Property itself. <br />8. Ongoing Responsibilities of Grantors and Grantee <br />Other than as specified herein, this Conservation Easement is not intended to impose any <br />legal or other responsibility on Grantees, or in any way to affect any existing obligation of the <br />Grantors or their successor in title as owners of the Property. Among other things, this shall <br />apply to: <br />(a) Taxes. Grantors shall continue to be solely responsible for payment of all taxes <br />and assessments levied against the Property.
