~~ <br />The following uses, activities and operations of, on or upon the Property shall be <br />• <br />permitted provided that any such use, activity or operation shall comply with any and all <br />applicable local, state and federal ordinances, codes, regulations, statutes and laws and shall not <br />unreasonably impair or compromise the conservation values of the Property: <br />(a) The use and storage of agricultural organic debris and turf products and <br />byproducts (including the composting of biodegradable material). <br />(b) The development, use and operation of a public access park with outdoor <br />recreational activities and facilities. <br />• <br />(c) The use and storage of necessary maintenance equipment used to improve, <br />maintain and repair the Property. <br />The parties. acknowledge .that Orange County operates community recycling and solid <br />waste disposal convenience centers at strategic locations across Orange County. Orange County <br />shall be permitted to construct and operate a community recycling and solid waste disposal <br />convenience center on the Property, and may store recycling and solid waste within such center <br />consistent with Orange County's community recycling and solid waste disposal convenience <br />• <br />Page 9 of 22 <br />
