Prohibited Activities <br />Except to the limited extent otherwise expressly provided in this Conservation Easement, <br />the following uses, activities and operations of, on or upon the Properly, or any part thereof, shall <br />not be pen~nitted: <br />(a) The development or construction of any residential or commercial use building(s) <br />i• <br />or other improvement(s) unless otherwise expressly provided herein. <br />(b) Dumping or storing or permitting others to dump or store soil, trash, refuse, <br />debris, ashes, gazbage, waste, abandoned vehicles or pazts, appliances, machinery, hazardous <br />substances or toxic or hazardous waste. <br />(c) Operating or permitting others to operate a solid waste landfill or a solid waste <br />transfer station. <br />6.
