The parties covenant and agree <br />• <br />that at no time on or after the Effective Date shall the Properly or any part thereof be developed <br />in any manner that is inconsistent with or in violation of any of the restrictions, easements, <br />covenants or conditions set forth herein. <br />4. Rights and Responsibilities Retained by Grantors <br />Grantors reserve to and for themselves and their legal representatives, heirs, successors <br />(including successors in fitle to the Property), assigns, lessees and licensees all customary rights <br />and privileges of ownership, including the rights to sell, lease and devise the Property provided <br />that any such transaction is subject to all of the restrictions, easements, covenants and conditions <br />set forth in this Conservation Easement and written notice of such transaction is delivered to <br />Grantees, together with any and all other rights not expressly prohibited or limited by this <br />Conservation Easement.
