Grant of Conservation Easement <br />Grantors hereby voluntarily grant and convey to Grantees, and Grantees hereby <br />voluntarily accept, a perpetual Conservation Easement in the Property, which easement is an <br />immediately vested interest in real property of the nature and character described herein. <br />Grantors, for themselves and their legal representatives, heirs, successors (including successors <br />in title to the Property), assigns, lessees, agents and licensees, covenant and agree that they shall <br />not perform, nor knowingly allow others to perform, any act on or affecting the Property that is <br />inconsistent with the restrictions, easements covenants and conditions set forth herein.
