a5 <br />The water features on the Property, the quality of water flowing in those water features <br />• <br />and the natural scenic and open qualities of the Property to be preserved, maintained and <br />protected by this Conservation Easement are hereinafter collectively referred to as the <br />"conservation values" of the Property. <br />Grantors and Grantees agree that the present uses of and improvements to the Property <br />aze consistent with the purposes of this Conservation Easement. <br />Grantors intend that the conservation values of the Property shall be preserved, <br />maintained and protected from activities aze or may be detrimental to the conservation values of <br />the Property.
