At least one stream on the Property flows <br />generally north to the South Fork Little River, which flows into the Neuse River and into water <br />supply reservoirs for the cities of Durham and Raleigh, and, via interconnection agreements with <br />Hillsborough and the Orange Water and Sewer Authority, such stream(s) contribute(s) drinking <br />water to the people of Orange County. The Property is located in the Little River Watershed, <br />which watershed is protected by Orange County land use regulations.
