C. <br />Members Present: Chairman Norman Walker, Commissioners Flora Garrett, Henry <br />S. Walker, Melvin Whitfield, and Richard E. Whitted. <br />Members absent: None. <br />Chairman Norman Walker opened the duly advertised Public Hearing by <br />requesting that Clayton Haithcock read the Notice of the scheduled Public Hearing. <br />Said meeting had been scheduled for tha purpose of hearing the rezoning <br />request that had been filed by David Reed and Calvin Mellott on twenty (20) <br />acres of land located in Chapel Hill Township, and shown on Tax Map 18, lot <br />6-A from its present classification to General Industrial classification. <br />For the minutes of this Public Hearing you are hereby referred to the Minute <br />Docket of the Orange County Planning Board. <br />There being no further business to come before the Public Hearing the <br />meeting was adjourned. <br />~7 <br />C. C. <br />Members Present: Chairman Norman Walker, and Commissioners Flora Garrett, <br />Henry Walker, and Melvin Whitfield. <br />Members Absent: Commissioner Richard E. Whitted. <br />Chairman Walker stated that this was the time and date of the Public <br />Hearing on the 1974-1975 Secondary Road Improvement Program. <br />F. D. Hornaday, R. H. Broome, S. H. Jones, Earl Hoover and Sohn Watkins, <br />Representatives of the State Board of Transportation were present. <br /> <br /> <br />
