DENR Contract Number 1922 <br />F. Provide a quarterly equipment inspection of the mobile base radio unit by <br />Recipient Agency and notify the Servicing Agency of the pending inspection in <br />advance to be done at the Servicing Agency's convenience. <br />V. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT <br />Either agency may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing ten (10) days <br />written notice to the other agency. It is further agreed transactions made to the Division <br />of Criminal Information and requests for the dispatch of Law Enforcement <br />Units/Services, Emergency Medical Services, Technical Rescue Services, Fire <br />Suppression Services, Search and Rescue Services and Hazardous Materials Services <br />made in behalf of the Recipient Agency are provided as a service and this service may be <br />discontinued by Servicing Agency if at any time this service becomes a burden due to <br />personnel manpower or computer system availability.
