RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSITION OF CERTAIN <br />PERSONAL PROPERTY BY PRIVATE SALE <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Orange County desires to dispose of certain surplus <br />property or Orange County. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Orange County Board of Commissioners that: <br />1. The following described property is hereby declared to be surplus to needs of the County: <br />• Andela Products Glass Crusher model GP-05 <br />2. The. Director of Purchasing and Central Services is authorized to dispose of the described property by <br />private sale at a negotiated price pursuant to G.S. 160A-267. <br />3.
