RESOLUTION At1THORI~ING THE DISPOSITION OF CERTAIN <br />PERSONAL PROPERTY BY PRIVATE SALE <br />'2 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners ofi Grange County desires to dispose of certain surplus <br />property or Orange County. <br />NC3VIr, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Orange County Board of Commissioners that; <br />~ . The fiollawing described property is hereby declared to be surplus to needs of the County: <br />Andela Products Glass Crusher model GP~05 <br />2. The Director afi Purchasing and Central Services is authorized to dispose ofi the described property by <br />private sale at a negotiated price pursuant to G.S. ~ 5oA-261. <br />3.
