The terms of the appointment are contained in <br />the.attached resolution ofthe Board. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Funding for the pay and benefits far the County Attorney ,for the 2998- <br />2009fiscal year is included in the BC~CC-approved 290809 budget. <br />RECOMMENDATION~S~~ Approve the resolution appointing John Roberts to the position of <br />Urange County Attorney and confirming the terms of that appointment <br />
