395A <br />The following Appropriation Resolution and Tax Levy Resolution recorded on <br />Pages 395 and 396 of Minute Docket 8, and adopted July 2, 1974 is being retyped <br />to correct an error, in that, Items 10, 11, and 12 were omitted from the originally <br />typed minutes. <br />This authorization for correction was authorized and approved by the Orange <br />County Soard of Commissioners an Friday, June 13, 1975. <br />Fl~ra R. A Special School Tax of 50.255 on the 51D0.00 of property valuation <br />shall be levied on all property in the Chapel Hill-Carrborq Schaal district. <br />2. A Special Fire Tax of 50.10 on the S1DD.00 oP property valuat~n shall be <br />levied on all property in the Greater Chapel Hill Fire District. <br />3. A Special Fire Tax of 50.10 on the S10D.00 of property valuation shall be <br />levied vn all property in the South Orange Fire District. <br />4. A Special Fire Tax of 50.04 on the 5100.D0 of property valuation on all <br />property within the Orarg a Rural Fire Protection District. <br />_, 5.
