Storm door to be complete with screen, closure, push <br />button lock and door sweep. Finish to be white. New door to open, <br />close and latch properly. <br />PLUMBING: <br />Install a 40 gallon electric water heater in the crawlspace. Make <br />all electrical and plumbing connections to the current code. <br />Price to include expansion tank, valves and all fittings. <br />Install a plastic level pad to set the water heater on. <br />2. Install a new single lever kitchen sink faucet with sprayer. Install <br />a Delta orpre-approved equal. Install new supply lines and new <br />cutoffs. Make all plumbing connections. <br />3. Reinstall the kitchen sink. Install new strainers, drain line assembly/ <br />p/trap. Make all drain line connections. _ <br />4. Install a new handicap commode, supply line and cutoff. <br />Install a new wax seal and commode bolts. <br />5. Install a new single lever tub/shower valve, shower head and trip lever. <br />Note: The shower valve to be a Delta orpre-approved equal. <br />Make all plumbing connections. <br />
