All bends and folds of coil stock to be <br />done with metal brake equipment and exposed finished edges to be hemmed. Re-install <br />existing security door including new window/screen clips and new closure mechanism. <br />H. EXTERIOR WINDOWS <br />1. Remove four (4) existing windows and associated trim and casing in Sun Room. <br />Remove existing interior wall fmishes on two exterior walls to bare framing. Repair <br />exposed openings and framing to accommodate installation of four (4) new <br />construction vinyl windows, approximately 32" X 54", at same locations and to <br />accommodate installation of new sheetrock. Supply and install four (4) new double- <br />hung, dual-pane new construction vinyl windows, approximately 32" X 54", at same <br />locations, with locks and full screens. Window next to front door to have tempered <br />glass. New windows to have exterior trim and J-channel to integrate with new vinyl <br />siding. Supply and install new 1/Z" moisture resistant sheetrock on the interior of the <br />two exposed walls, taped and textured with smooth finish surface. Supply and install <br />new interior wood casing, stool and trim on each window opening, caulked and sealed <br />to interior of new window. New materials to match existing as close as is practical. <br />2. Remove two (2) windows in Storage Room for re-installation. Remove damaged trim <br />and repair opening and windows for re-installation of windows. Re-install both <br />existing windows in same location. Supply and install new trim to match existing as <br />close as practical. Where exterior wood frame, trim and sill are exposed, supply and <br />install pre-finished white aluminum coil stock to cover exposed wood components, <br />including wood spacers on existing components to create uniform surfaces. All bends <br />and folds of coil stock to be done with metal brake equipment and exposed finished <br />edges to be hemmed. <br />I. EXTERIOR SIDING AND TRIM <br />1. Remove approximately 34 lineal feet of damaged fascia and rake trim on low roof <br />portion, adjacent to roof valley of rear of house, and on left reaz of house and replace <br />with pressure treated wood material. Supply and install pre-finished white aluminum <br />coil stock on fascia and rake trim on same areas, all bends and folds of coil stock to be <br />done with metal brake equipment and exposed finished edges to be hemmed. Supply. <br />and install approximately 32 square feet of vented vinyl soffit on rear gable. Supply <br />and install .approximately 20 square feet of new vinyl siding on rear wall to match <br />existing style and color as close as practical. Supply and install new white vinyl siding <br />and trim on Sun Room portion of front of house, properly interfaced and coordinated <br />
