Remove six (6) window-mounted A/C units and store in area designated by Owner. <br />3. Remove existing dryer exhaust duct and repair openings to accommodate installation of <br />new exhaust duct. Supply and install new dryer exhaust duct to run directly to exterior <br />of house. Includes necessary fittings, connections and automatic flapper closure; <br />complete. <br />F. INSULATION & WEATHERIZATION <br />1. Re-configure existing blown-in insulation to provide uniform coverage throughout attic <br />and to coordinate with existing blocking on soffit bays to contain insulation and provide <br />proper ventilation. <br />2. Re-install approximately 300 square feet of existing underfloor insulation in main <br />crawlspace. Re-install approximately 7 square feet of existing underfloor insulation in <br />crawlspace below Master Bedroom. Replace approximately 300 square feet of missing <br />R-19 underfloor insulation in main crawlspace. Replace approximately 20 square feet <br />of missing R-19 underfloor insulation in crawlspace below Master Bedroom. Replace <br />approximately 150 square feet of missing R-19 underfloor insulation below <br />Den/Storage Room. <br />G. EXTERIOR DOORS <br />1. Remove existing front security door for re-installation. Remove existing front door and <br />door frame and prepare opening for installation of new pre-hung exterior door. Supply <br />and install new pre-hung white pre-primed, solid wood core, 6-panel metal insulated <br />exterior door, with aluminum threshold and weatherstripping. Includes all hardware, <br />lever-style keyed lockset, deadbolt, door bumper and peephole, complete. Where <br />exterior wood frame, trim and sill aze exposed, supply and install pre-finished white <br />aluminum coil stock to cover exposed wood components, including wood spacers on <br />existing components to create uniform surfaces. All bends and folds of coil stock to be <br />done with metal brake equipment and exposed finished edges to be hemmed. Includes <br />replace interior trim to match existing as close as practical. Repair and re-install <br />existing security door including new window/screen clips and new closure mechanism. <br /> <br />2. Remove existing rear exterior security door for re-installation. Remove door lockset <br />and deadbolt on Storage Room exterior door. Repair door and frame far installation of <br />new lockset and deadbolt. Supply and install new brass finish lever-style keyed <br />lockset, new deadbolt, and door bumper. Where exterior wood frame, trim and sill are <br />exposed on door and adjacent window panel, supply and install pre-finished white <br />
