Remove the under-growth and vines from the chain-link fence <br />located in the right side yazd. Cut vines and ground level to expose <br />the fence from the comer of the house to the side property line. <br />Remove a section of the chain-link fence to provide access to the back <br />yard for equipment. Use abash-hog to cut under-growth to ground Level. <br />Remove the cut under-growth from the ground and haul to a local landfill. <br />Note: Work will involve some hand raking to remove excessive piles of <br />debris. Trim all debris away from the unit. Note: Rehabilitation Specialist <br />to inspect yard before equipment is removed from site. Re-install <br />the chain-link fence. <br />2. Pump the septic tank. Contact a licensed Septic Pumping Company <br />to perfoan this work. <br />• 3. Install a new cover/lid on the septic tank. Note: New cover to fit <br />properly. Contact Environmental Health Dept. to inspect cover. <br />Note: If a riser is needed, the Owner, Contractor. Rehabilitation Specialist <br />and Environmental Inspector will meet to review the work, determine <br />a course of action and cost for additional work. <br />4. Install new pressure treated handrails and decking boards on the <br />existing ramp and landing located on the right side. Install new 5/4" <br />decking boazds. Properly nail or screw using galvanized fasteners. <br />Install new handrails. Note: The existing 4x4 posts to remain, Install <br />pressure treated 2x4 for the hand-grip section. Install horizontal members <br />of 2x4 and 1x6 to meet code. Install a decking boazd located at <br />the bottom between posts to prevent wheelchair wheels from falling <br />off ramp. All nails and bolts to be hot dipped galvanized. <br />INSULATION: <br />1. Install R 19 insulation in the crawlspace. All work to pass code. <br />• <br />
