Prepare the entire exterior for paint. Caulk all cracks and seams. <br />Remove shutters. Paint the siding with aflax-stain finish. Paint the trim, <br />boxing, shutters, windows and doors with semi-gloss latex paint. <br />All paint to cover completely Note: Color of siding and trim to match <br />existing unit. Re-install the shutters and window screens. <br />Note: All new trim installed to be primed before painting. <br />GUTTERS: <br />1. Install seamless alutYinnm gutters and downspouts on all fascias. <br />Install over-sized downspouts on the unit. Attach solid drain file <br />to all downspouts to divert the water away from the unit. Install a <br />ten (10) R section of drain file to all downspouts. <br />Note: Contractor to use proper drain tiie fittings to attach to <br />drain tile. <br />FOUNDATION: <br />Page 3 <br />1. Remove all debris and items from the crawlspace. Insta116-mil <br />poly in the crawlspace. <br />2. Fill and level the water line ditch from the side wall to the well. <br />Seed and straw the exposed area.. <br />3. Remove existing foundation vents. Install new automatic foundation <br />vents. All vents to be secure in foundation. <br />
