Caulk all edges and corners with <br />100%tub/shower silicone caulk. Note: The wall surround to extend <br />at least Eft from floor level and to cover existing hole from previous <br />shower head. - <br />MASTER BATHROOM: <br />1. Install a thirty inch vanity cabinet. Owner to choose fixush- <br />white or stained finish. Secure vanity to wall. <br />2. Install a five piece accessory kit. The kit to include two, twenty-four <br />inch towel bars, paper holder, tumbler holder and soap dish. <br />3. prepare the bathroom floor for vinyl. Remove commode. Stain <br />the door to match as close as possible to the bedroom door. <br />2. Repair the damaged wall in the right rear comer. Patch with sheet- <br />rock filler and tape. Apply and sand with three coats of filler. <br />sand smooth. <br />
