The development shall contain an area known as a. "townhouse use area." <br />This area shall be designed to provide for a variety of housing opportunities, <br />including residential buildings such as townhouses and/or apartments in close <br />proximity to the storefront area, and to provide for the flexible use of such <br />buildings to accommodate compatible business and civic uses which <br />supplement the storefront area. The townhouse use area shall be a designated <br />geographic unit generally located along neighborhood streets and adjacent to <br />the storefront area. In approving a conditional use permit for a Village Mixed <br />Use Development, the Board may approve the following uses not generally <br />authorized in an area zoned R-10, subject to such restrictions and conditions <br />relating to locations, use classifications, and other matters as the Board may <br />provide: <br />1. Personal or business services <br />2. Office <br />3. Private club <br />4. Restaurant <br />5. Artist studio <br />6. A maximum of 4 guestrooms for lodging <br />7. Medical clinic or facility <br />8. Retail sales, if in conjunction and on the same lot as a home <br />occupation <br />b. The development shall also contain a "single-family detached residential use <br />area" designed to provide for single-family detached homes in a residential <br />neighborhood environment. In approving a conditional use permit for a <br />Village Mixed Use Development, the Board may approve the following uses <br />not generally authorized in a single family detached residential area zoned R- <br />10, subject to such restrictions and conditions relating to locations, use <br />classifications, and other matters as the Board may provide: <br />1.
