31 <br />• The 32 page dra$ ordinance includes 26 additions and revisions to the town's Land Use <br />Ordinance. These sections address eight major. issues identified in the plan: density, conservation <br />areas, ~ conditional use districts, aavironmental protection, mitigation of nom~esidential <br />development impacts, subdivision design in accordance with naturallsi$nificant features, design <br />guidelines, cad advisory board rgpresentation by Transition Area residents. <br />As has been noted is earlier analyses, the policy origin for nearly all of the work items <br />and ordinance comps 'can be clearly demonstrated. Ia a few cases, such as design <br />siaudards, the plan did not include specific design f or criteria.
