Removal of the existing built -up roof system including flashing and <br />accessories down to the deck. <br />B. Replacement of damaged or deteriorated wood blocking. New <br />blocking will be required at all roof areas to match the thickness of <br />new insulation. <br />C. Installation of new tapered polyisocyanurate board insulation. <br />Minimum thickness at low points to be 1.5 inch (R- 10.0). <br />D. Installation of a multiple ply modified bitumen membrane roof <br />system including all flashing and accessories. Systems include <br />those manufactured by Siplast, Soprema, TAMKO, and Firestone. <br />System to include manufacturer 20 -year No Dollar Limit Warranty. <br />Consideration may be given to other systems such as single ply <br />depending on budget refinement. <br />E.
