Department <br />heads were surveyed and the items on the attached list were identified as likely agenda items for either the <br />June 1 or June 21 meetings. Additional items may subsequently be identified as requiring the Board's <br />attention, and some items on the tentative list may be able to be delayed or eliminated. In the coming <br />month, staff will be preparing a draft list of issues that the Board will need to address during the <br />remainder of calendaz yeaz 1999. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no direct fmancial impact related to reviewing this list. Individual <br />agenda items that may be considered at the June 1 or June 21 meetings will have an assessment of their <br />financial impact (if any) noted on the individual agenda abstracts. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Boazd receive the report for <br />information only. <br />
