Benedict responded that the Planning Department would take direction <br />from the Commissioners. The goal has been submitted regarding a Small Area <br />Plan for the White Cross node. The Commissioners will determine whether this <br />is a low or high priority area. <br />Barrows stated that if the Planning Board denies this request, they could add the <br />recommendation that the White Cross Small Area Plan be reactivated sooner <br />rather than later. <br />Selkirk asked how the Small Area Plan could address this issue.
