Two - thirds of the soils on the farm must: <br />a. Be suited for providing food, seed, fiber, forage, timber, and oil seed crops. <br />YES X % 100 <br />NO <br />Comments: <br />b. Have good soil qualities. <br />YES X <br />Breakdown of soil classes in percent: <br />Comments: <br />Class I <br />Classes I, H, III are primarily used for cropland <br />Class II <br />50% <br />Class III <br />43% <br />Classes III -VI are generally best suited for pasture <br />Class IV <br />4% <br />or woodland. <br />Class V <br />Class VI <br />Class VII <br />3% <br />Class VIII <br />Class VIII generally unsuited for agricultural use. <br />
