Additional <br />amendments proposed by the Planning staff are highlighted in bold italic print; <br />deletions are noted by print.) <br />ARTICLE 22 <br />DEFINITIONS <br />Amended FLEXIBLE DEVELOPMENT - A subdivision in which greater flexibility and <br />7-1-96 design creativity is encouraged and allowed to preserve agricultural and <br />forestry lands, natural and cultural features, and rural community <br />character that might otherwise be lost through conventional development <br />approaches.
