The committee recommended the first .option and the <br />Planning Board agreed to that recommendation. <br />In preparing Planning Board recommendation for public hearing, planning staff <br />noted areas where the flexible development provisions may be misleading <br />without full knowledge of .other provisions within the zoning ordinance, <br />subdivision regulations, and other county requirements. Staff has incorporated <br />proposed amendments to clarify those portions of the. regulations and has <br />also included proposed amendments that address concerns pointed out with <br />the conservation option that should be addressed for the estate option.
