There are 6 teachers at McDougle Elementary School affected by the 10% cap. We have <br />full support from our staff and SGC in support of lifting the cap. Our SGC has included <br />in their 1999 —2000 school budget the amount for the difference from our current <br />supplement we receive to the supplement should it include ALL of our years we have <br />dedicated to the profession of education. <br />Please note below some of the contributions we <br />have made to our profession.
