Cameron responded that there had previously been only one <br />Concept Plan prior to rezoning to planned development, University <br />Station. She continued that planned development is many reviews or <br />applications rolled into one. It is a rezoning, a preliminary subdivision <br />approval, site plan approval, and a Class A Special Use Permit. They must <br />meet all of the Subdivision Regulations at the same time that they meet the <br />
