0 <br />7 <br />9. Unavoidable impacts to any wetlands or streams on the sight must be <br />coordinated with the US Army Corps of Engineers and NC Division of <br />Water Quality. Mitigation might be required for impacts to these areas. <br />10. The developer shall notify Planning staff when construction is to <br />commence. <br />11. The Special Use Permit will automatically expire within 12 months from <br />the date of approval if the use has not commenced or construction has <br />not commenced or proceeded unless a timely application for extension <br />of this time limit is approved by the Board of County Commissioners as <br />provided in 8.4.11 of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance. <br />12.
