13 <br />RESOLUTION <br />OF THE <br />ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />TO APPROVE <br />ZONING ATLAS AMENDMENT <br />FOR <br />LAWRENCE PARK PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br />Date June 1, 1999 <br />Owner /Applicant Meadowmont Farms, LLC <br />The Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an application submitted <br />by Meadowmont Farms, LLC, to amend the Orange County Zoning Atlas by <br />rezoning an 83.216 acre parcel, identified in the Orange County Land Records <br />Office by Parcel Identification Number 9883 -19 -4355, from a Rural Residential <br />(R -1) district to a Planned Development Housing, Low and Medium Intensity, <br />(PD -H -R3) district.
