10 <br />Section 2. Other Personnel: The Director shall employ such personnel as may be required to conduct <br />the activities of the Bureau. New positions shall be approved and authorized by the Board <br />and the Orange County Board of Commissioners. Employees of the Bureau are county <br />employees subject to the policies outlined in the Orange County Personnel Ordinance, and <br />as such, will receive fringe benefits applicable to all counly employees.
