Seven lots are 2.00 acres in size and the other lot is <br />2.110 acres. <br />Location <br />The property is located along the south side of New Hope Church Road (SR <br />1723) between I-40 and Old NC 86 in northern Chapel Hill Township. <br />Conditions <br />Existing: The current zoning is Rural Buffer. Flexible Development is not <br />applicable in the Rural Buffer. There are no streams on the property and the site is <br />almost entirely wooded except for an overhead power line on the front portion of <br />1 <br />
